What is the difference between a pylon and a monument sign?
A pylon (or pole) sign is tall and elevated on one or more poles for maximum road visibility. A monument sign is low-profile and sits near the ground, common at storefronts, offices, and campuses. We build and repair both.
Can you add a digital price display to my existing pylon?
Often, yes. If the structure is sound, we can add or upgrade an LED price display without replacing the whole sign. We confirm feasibility on site.
Can you reface my sign instead of replacing it?
Yes — if the cabinet and structure are in good shape, new faces and panels are far cheaper than a rebuild. If the structure is failing, we will tell you and quote both.
Do you handle permits and foundations?
Yes. Pylon and monument signs usually require permits and engineered footings for height, setback, and wind load. We handle the surveys, permitting, and foundation work as part of the job.
