When to Call Instead of Waiting

Four Situations That Should Not Sit.

If a sign is unsafe or costing you business tonight, it is an emergency. Call (859) 576-1489 rather than filling in a form.

Immediate Safety Hazard

Loose or hanging panels, a leaning pole, exposed wiring, or anything above a sidewalk or parking area. Keep people clear and call — do not wait on a form.

Storm & Vehicle Damage

Wind, hail, and the occasional delivery truck. We secure the site, document the damage for insurance, and repair.

Sign Went Dark

An unlit sign after dark reads as a closed business. Lighting failures are the most common emergency call we get and usually the fastest to fix.

Grand Opening or Inspection

A deadline is an emergency too. If signage has to be right before an opening, an inspection, or a brand audit, say so and we will schedule around it.

Common Questions

Emergency Sign Repair, Answered.

What counts as a sign emergency?

Anything that is a safety hazard — loose panels, a leaning pole, exposed wiring — and anything costing you business right now, like a completely dark sign or storm damage at a customer-facing site. If you are unsure, call. We would rather triage it than have you wait.

Do you charge more for emergency calls?

After-hours and weekend response carries a premium over scheduled work, and we tell you that before dispatching, not on the invoice. During business hours, an urgent call is priced the same as scheduled work — you are just moved up the queue.

Can you help with an insurance claim?

Yes. Storm and vehicle damage usually goes through insurance. We photograph the damage before touching anything and provide a written scope and quote that adjusters can work from.

How far will you travel for an emergency?

Central Kentucky gets the fastest response. Beyond that it depends on the situation and whether you are a program client — multi-site and petroleum brand customers get coverage nationwide. Send your city and state and we will tell you honestly what response time looks like.
